These are some of my favorite products to buy online.
Vidalia Onion Chopper
Have a toddler who needs fruit & veggies diced up? Then this chopper is for you. This chopper is awesome! It's very quick & saves so much time.
I'm still amazed by it. Fruits are great, except banana which are too mushy. Making a tossed salad is so fast. Chop & combine everything in one bowl in just a few minutes.
French fries? No problem.
One thing to note though is hard items, like potatoes or onions, should be cut in half or into a few smaller, manageable pieces for easier chopping.
Roboform
This tool is very useful for storing all of your passwords. It appears as a toolbar in your browser. With one click, you can login to any stored site. It is
available as a free download with limited use, or can be purchased to get all features.
Cablenut
This tool is awesome for speeding up a dial up internet connection. I can't say it will work with all ISP's, but I use Netzero 3G Highspeed
and there is a very noticeable difference, especially when autosuring. It's definitely worth a try.
Wiflyer
This tool is the coolest device I ever bought. Ok, so I have a dial up internet connection. You know what this device does? It makes your dial up internet connection WIRELESS!
How cool is that! Very easy to set up. Just plug it in & connect to a phone jack. If you have a wired card, plug an ethernet cable into the wiflyer. If you have a wireless card,
reboot & your computer should automatically detect the wiflyer network. Set your dial up username, password & dial up number. Hit dial & you're on. Now you can move all through your house
with your laptop connected to the internet using dial up. No more wires. So cool.
PNY 2 GB Attache USB Hard Drive -
I got a really great deal on this at Amazon around Thanksgiving time. Still seems to be selling pretty cheap. Regular price for this is around $80. I got it for $25. Killer deal for a 2 GB thumbdrive.
Just thought this was interesting: Want a tattoo, but don't know what to get? Check this site out for ideas you can print out & bring to your tattoo artist!

Spider-Man Round Table & Chair Set by Monkey Business
This is a very nice table and chair set. Very easy to put together. The legs just screw in. Very durable. The table pattern is a really cool spider-man design. Top is well coated and seems pretty resistant to scratches.
Books
Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML (Head First)
by Elisabeth Freeman, Eric Freeman -
This is a really good book for getting started with html. Good examples, good overview of everything you'll need to know to get started writing html. Book is written in a different style, so learning is not so dry.
HTML, XHTML, and CSS, Sixth Edition (Visual Quickstart Guide)
by Elizabeth Castro -
Another good book for learning html. This one is a little more advanced. Shows how to use javascript, capture mouse events, create forms. Also has a chapter on getting people to visit your site.
Java Drawing with Apache Batik: A Tutorial
by Alexander Kolesnikov -
This is one great book. If you are using Apache Batik, it is a must have. Now the Apache Batik site is really good for info on how to use batik. There are also javadocs, but the site just isn't good enough for beginners who need step by step instructions from the beginning. This book covers all parts of batik: generator, pretty printer, rasterizer, transcoder and shows you how to use each one.
Also shows how to create an svg document using the DOM api. Talks about applying styles in an svg document, text and how to use fonts, scripting. Definitely recommended.
It's Time!: A Potty Training Guide
by Karen Pillari Penner -
I bought this book in the hopes it would help me get ideas on potty training my son. It talks about letting him run around without clothes. Not keen on that idea, but the rest of the book seems like it might be helpful when the time comes to start potty training.
The Baby Bistro Cookbook: Healthy, Delicious Cuisine for Babies, Toddlers, and You
by Joohee Muromcew -
Pretty good book, contains a few different recipes. Definitely worth adding to your collection of baby cookbooks.
Toddler 411: Clear Answers and Smart Advice for Your Toddler
by Denise Fields, Ari Brown -
Great book. There's also a Baby 411, which I will definitely buy if I ever become pregnant again. Toddler 411 answers tons of questions about toddlerhood: discipline, nutrition, illnesses, disease, first aid. Very glad I discovered this book. It is a must have.

Water: For Health, for Healing, for Life: You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty!
by F. Batmanghelidj -
This is an interesting book with the idea that dehydration is the cause of most illnesses ranging from heartburn to high blood pressure and cancer. It actually makes a lot of sense. Water does a body good.
Fast Food Fix: 75+ Amazing Recipe Makeovers of Your Fast Food Restaurant Favorites
by Devin Alexander -
Great book. The recipes I've tried really do taste the original fast food version, only they are much healthier. Only drawback is some of the recipes are a bit time consuming. Oh and for the Cinnabon Cinnamon Bun recipe, you should double the filling recipe if you are making the smaller sized cinnamon bun version. BTW, that is an excellent recipe.

Every Move You Make
by M. William Phelps -
This is an interesting book. Over 10 years ago, in my old hometown of Little Falls, New York, a local jeweler was murdered. Little Falls is very small. Everybody knows everybody else, so this was a very big story. Very tragic. Several years ago, the murderer was actually found. Turns out he has a very long criminal record. He has murdered several other people. The author of this book tracked the murderer for years and this is his story. If you like
psychological thrillers, this is a good one, and it's a true story.
Those Two So Young
by Julie M. Leonard-Kehoe -
This is a very tragic story of a local woman who went away for the weekend with her husband. They left their 2 kids with her inlaws. There was a terrible fire and the 2 kids were killed. The fire turned out to be an act of stupidity caused by the inlaws. The authors marriage fell apart. This book describes the difficulties she has faced in dealing with this tragedy. A heartbreaking story.
